| Rillfisher was Dewshine's mother and Treestumps lifemate, gaining her name from her habit of snatching fish out of the water with bare hands. At some point in her life she was struck with a high fever, and although Rain was able to heal it, it left her deaf, something which was beyond Rain's healing powers. Rillfisher herself wasn't much bothered by it; presumably she could still send, and she didn't need her ears to catch fish. It did mean that she never heard the branch tear and break off above her head, so she couldn't avoid it and was killed.
